Which facial should I choose?

All of our facial services are designed to treat your specific areas of concern. Almost every facial on our menu has a starting price point. Apothecari Skin Care is constantly evolving and bringing in new treatments and products! When given too many options a client will often choose a service that is not appropriate for their skin. We prefer to allow the client to choose a budget and service duration that suits them and let us make all the decisions for you based on what you need that particular day.

If this is your first time booking a skin care service with us, please select the “New Client Facial”. This service includes extra time to discuss your answers to our online intake form and decide what type of treatment will best suit your needs.

If you have previously had treatments with us, you will have several options for booking a facial service. Our “Signature Facial” options are more European style facials and do not utilize very many mechanical modalities. Someone who prefers more of a relaxing experience and less of a results driven treatment will enjoy these services the most!

Our facials with technology” options will incorporate more high-tech modalities such as radio frequency or the very popular HydraFacial machine and results driven products such as chemical peels and Korean specialty treatments. If you are a seasoned facial connoisseur or seeking more of a skin transformation, these are the services for you.

With any of our services we strongly recommend incorporating our products into your home care routine. Healthy beautiful skin does not happen overnight, nor does it happen solely by getting even consistent skin care treatments! Your long term results will occur from what you use on your skin twice a day at home. There are many effective skin care lines available, we have carefully curated our products based on years of research, continuing education, and results we have personally experienced. Our recommendations will often be small changes and tweaks to your current routine that we can continue to enhance with each visit.

I love the products I purchased, do I need an appointment to purchase more?

Our products are the stars of our practice and the keys to getting the results you want! Many of our chosen skin care lines do not allow us to sell their products online to protect the integrity of their quality. We are working on building an online store with a password for clients to access and make purchases online, but we have a less high-tech process in place until then: simply text, email, or leave a voicemail with your product request and we will leave a package with your name on the chair outside our office door. You may pay through Venmo, PayPal invoice, or leave a check. We are also happy to drop-ship products directly from our partner companies. There are no refunds on open products, you may return unopened products for a full refund or store credit.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount you choose through our GlossGenius booking website under the “About” tab. You may print a copy of the gift certificate from there or request a gift certificate to be picked up at your convenience. Gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Booking an Appointment

We require all bookings to go through our online booking website where you will find our full menu of services and pricing. We require a credit card number to complete your booking. Some of our services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment, this deposit is transferable should you need to reschedule. Please save your confirmation email or text, they contain the links necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you cannot find your desired day and time for your appointment, please add yourself to our virtual waitlist. Be sure to enter a wide date range so you are notified of a cancellation for more than just one specific day! If times become available for your selected service and date range, you will get a text message that directs you to an email with the link to the opening. The invitations are first-come-first-served, you will continue to get notified should the opening not work for you.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our online booking system sends a reminder text and email 72 hours prior to your appointment. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is 48 hours notice and MUST be done online. Cancellations less than 48 hours are subject to a late cancellation fee up to 100% of your service. You will be charged for the service(s) you are booked for, requests for a shortened service upon arrival with no prior notice is not permitted. Please note that excessive cancellations and rescheduling are monitored and may result in blocking access to future bookings.

COVID Procedures and Etiquette

If you think you have been in contact with someone who has COVID, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Because of the close nature of our services Cari Ann continues to wear a mask during your service. Masks are optional for our clients. All of our surfaces, implements, linens, and products are sanitized before, after, and during your service.
